KUNDALINI YOGA with Loreta

Beginner Qi Gong (Therapeutic)
Mondays | 9:30 - 10:30 AM | $20 per class
No experience necessary.
Qi Gong is a gentle, meditative movement practice that focuses on breathwork, energy flow, and relaxation. This class is designed to help reduce stress, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellness. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a calming and therapeutic practice.
What to bring: Dress comfortably and bring water.
Tai Chi (Yang Style 24)
Thursdays | 9:30 - 10:30 AM | $20 per class
Prior experience required.
This class follows the Yang Style 24-form Tai Chi sequence, a graceful and flowing martial art that enhances strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Because the form is taught in sequential order, previous Tai Chi experience is recommended for this class.
What to bring: Dress comfortably and bring water.

The pole sanctuary
The Pole Sanctuary was founded by Kylie Marsh in 2024 with a vision of creating an inclusive, welcoming space for all.
As a pole artist and instructor for eight years, Kylie worked at studios across the country and noticed that finding a true sense of belonging wasnβt always easy. She wanted to change that.
The Pole Sanctuary is a place where everyone is embraced, encouraged, and free to express their love for movement and danceβno matter their background or experience level.
